Shipping & Handling
We ships ALL orders via USPS, providing fast & traceable service within the USA. All items are generally ship within
12-24 hours of receiving a cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
All Express shipping should be delivered in 1-2 business
days. For standard shipping within the US, allow 2-5
business days. We will email you the tracking number
once your order leaves our warehouse.
Combined Shipping
Please wait until all the items you are
payment, as we cannot combine shipping with paidsales. Please note with combined shipping you pay the
higher shipping cost and each additional item you pay
$0.50. Please allow 24 hours for us to send the correct
invoice If you pay separately, you item(s) will ship
separately. There will be no adjustments on combined
shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping, can take an average of 7-20
business days to be delivered. Import duties and taxes
are the customer's responsibility. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company

Return Policy
We stand behind our products 100% and each item has been
carefully inspected by us. However, we're aware that
issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a
solution whenever one is needed. Our job is to make sure
you're satisfied with your shopping experience. We will
not accept any returned merchandise unless it is
returned in the same condition that it was sent; unworn
and unused with tags still attached. Returned
merchandise that is not received in its original
condition will not be refunded.
You can expect a refund
in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days
for the payment to post.
- Your return must be received by Zesty Shoes no
later than 30 days of delivery.
- We will ship all exchanges/replacements at NO
SHIPPING CHARGE to you, however you must pay the
return cost.
- Product must be returned in its same condition.
- Returns on sale
items and cosmetics are not acceptable for return.
To expedite your return/exchanges, please follow these
easy steps.
- Print one copy of your sale invoice and enclose
it with your return item.
- Place the item(s) in a seal box or envelope.
- Make sure your name, address, & ID is clearly
printed on your return/exchange.
- Drop the package off at your local post office.
- Email us the tracking number of your
return/exchange.
- Allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post
to your PayPal account or 1-5 business days for all
exchanges

Guide to a Proper Fit
Zesty Shoes offers sizes to fit many different figure
types. Find your size based on your measurements in the
chart below. These measurements are offered as a guide.
Some manufacturers' sizing may vary. Please refer to the
size equivalents for each individual item.
- Order dresses, coats, suits, blouses, tops,
duster, gowns, robes and loungewear by your regular
dress size.
- Order pants, skirts, shorts and culottes in the
waist size nearest your hip measurement.
- Order oversized tops, smocks, slips and sweaters
nearest your bust measurement.
- Order girdles and half slips in the waist size
nearest your waist measurement.
- Order bras by chest size and cup size.
- Order panties by regular panty size.

If bust measurement minus chest measurement...
Now find your measurements on our size chart. If you are in between
sizes, order the larger size.
Footwear Sizing
Shoe sizes can vary between manufacturers and styles.
Please use this information as a guide only. Try on
shoes while standing on carpet. Feet tend to swell
during the day, so late-day is best for trying on shoes.
Shoe Widths
Zesty Shoes uses Narrow to Wide shoe sizing. Below is
a comparison chart of these sizes to alphabetic size
labeling.

Shoe Height
Heel heights are measured between arrows, through the
middle of the heel. Measurements are based on a size 6
(graded proportionately for larger sizes).
