Thank you for visiting our listing for this beautiful Yellow and Orange Lily #20027. The six petals are rolled and curved with slightly ruffled edges. Just like a real Lily, the petals are sunny gold with vermilion orange tinting on the tips and sides. Heavier tinting is on the center trillions. The petals are all textured with veins and bumps, plus have tiny wine-colored spots. From the center of the top trillion of petals stands five pollen and a pistol. They won't break because they are made of plastic, and they sure look real! The Lily is cradled in six marquise-shaped, lush green leaves. The leaf to the left supports a bud and stem. Appearing to be freshly cut from the garden, the entire figurine is matte finish.

Size: 7" wide, 3.5" tall, 4" deep

Since it is pretty from all angles and doesn't have to be viewed from only the front, it is especially suited to be placed in the center of the room, such as atop a large coffee table book. You could also place it beside a medium size lamp so that it's circle of light illuminates the Iris.

Did you know? The 1800's Victorians enjoyed playing a social game called The Language of Flowers. A gathering of certain colors of chosen flowers was like sending someone a coded letter! A yellow lily means 'coquetry' and (oh, no!) 'falsehood.' Day lilies stand for 'flirt,' and the tiger lily is a symbol for 'pride' and 'wealth.'
