GREAT Art Pottery Liquor Bottle Vintage "Ye Monks' WHISKY" JUG by DONALD FISHER EDINBURGH
This great HEAVY Whisky Jug is by Donald Fisher Edinburgh and is backstamped "Donald Fisher Edinburgh, Ye Monks' Whisky". It weighs over 2 1/4 lbs before packaging!! It is a lovely thick pottery in tan and light brown, with an applied/embossed horse shoe shape on the top half of the jug under the spout. The jug stands approx. 7.75 inches tall and has an approx. 3.5 inch base diameter. There is part of a cork stuck inside. There are no chips, no crazing and no cracks. A great collectible!!
