This is an authentic Monogram Canvas Montsouris backpack GM by Louis Vuitton. I bought this at the Louis Vuitton boutique inside of Macy's in NYC.  It was around $1,300 new. Louis Vuitton backpacks come in three sizes and this is the largest one. 
Monogram canvas with natural cowhide trim and brass hardware
Adjustable buckled shoulder straps
Canvas lining with an inside patch pocket
Outside zipped pocket
Made in France
comes with original dustbag
code on inside is SP0061 (please ask for picture, if you like)
 
There are some water/dirt marks on the bottom of the bag and a couple scuff marks.  Other than that the bag is in pristine condition.  No tears and no permament stains.  All the marks will come out with the right leather cleaner.
