"Rosie" Magnet - Moon Bear Art by Ann Ranlett
A unique magnet featuring a reproduction of my mixed media drawing of Rosie the Moon Bear.
The second image is an enlargement of the art that appears on the magnet. The copyright text does not appear on the magnet.
These rectangular magnets measure 2.125" x 3.125" (2 1/8" x 3 1/8")
They have a metal shell with a wrapped edge and a mylar (plastic) covering (see third image).
The original "Rosie" illustration was in watercolor, ink & color pencil on illustration board, copyright 2009.
More about Rosie: she was rescued by Animals Asia Foundation and lives in a sanctuary in Vietnam. Animals Asia (AAF, www.animalsasia.org) rescues moon bears from "bile farms" in China and Vietnam where they live in horrible, inhumane conditions. The reference photo I used for this drawing was provided by AAF.
