Meissen Porcelain Trinket Box Paradise Bird Flowers Gold Trim with Lid Exquisite
Meissen Porcelain Germany
The crossed swords of Meissen German porcelain,
derived from Augustus' coat of arms,
is known the world over as a mark of the finest quality and a great art.
Meissen porcelain (also Meißen porcelain) is the first European porcelain.
It was invented in 1708 by Ehrenfried Walther von Tschirnhaus.
However, after his early death Johann Friedrich Boettger who continued his work
has often been credited with the invention.
I'm offering here a mint authentic Trinket Box with lid
hand painted by skilled artists depicting a Paradise Bird,
a fly and blue corn flowers with leaves.
Paintings are on all four sides.
It comes from my personal collection - I just want to size down.
Our last shirt has no pockets, right? 4 by 3.6 by 1.5 inches
95mm by 70mm by 40mm
It breaks my heart to offer it for sale but I'm hoping for an
appreciative home for it. We can't keep everything in life... right?
