This house (10 1/2" to chimney top, 4" deep, 6" wide) came in kit form consisting hard fiberboard pieces needed to construct the cigar box, plus extra parts for the dormer, chimney, etc. All the scale wallpaper was also included. Details are pasted on. It makes an Ice Cream Parlor as well as living quarters upstairs.

It has been furnished by me with a few items to give it a finished look. In the living quarters we have a mother sitting on a flowered red sofa with a shawl around her shoulders. She is made of some sort of hard plastic. The sofa has a matching print chair. The grandfather clock is a pencil sharpener - a popular collectible back during the 80s. The pendulum moves.  Rug is paper, glued on to floor.

Below we have the Ice Cream Parlor interior. The wall decorations are pasted on. On the counter we have an old fashioned malt machine and two bottles of coke. Both are made of metal. On the opposite side is a early 20th century telephone. Cash register and counter beneath it is glued-on facade. The little girl who is waving is also made of hard plastic.
