This is a Motorola BTUM Module, part number 84 11 0 410 144.  It was designed to fit in the factory v60 phone integration cradle and allow the factory phone system to be used via a Bluetooth connection.

This is an unused adapter, though it was verified to power up and allow a phone to pair to it.  The Bluetooth Passkey is included.

From searching on the internet, this Bluetooth Puck may also work on other factory v60 phone systems - like those in Mercedes, Audi, or Jaguar vehicles, but I cannot verify that claim.

I have a mobile electronics installation business and use my Bonanza booth to sell off excess inventory.
