NEW Prime Art 18k gold vermeil on sterling silver multi gemstone floral heart pendant necklace. 3 flowers on the front of the lattice work heart are done in prong set natural rubies, sapphires and emerald. 5 gems to each flower, they measure approx. 2mm diameter weighing approx. .03 carats each for approx. .45 CTW. The necklace is also accented with a .5mm genuine diamond chip at the top of the heart. All gemstones are prong set in 18k gold plated sterling silver and open to the back to enhance the beauty of the stones. Pendant measures approx. 3/4" x 3/4" not including the bail. It comes on an 18" feminine box chain which measures approx. .75mm per side. Spring ring clasp. Chain is also 18k gold over sterling silver and is marked Italy. Total weight approx. 5.3 grams. Pendant is marked 925 and has Prime Arts hallmark. Pendant imported from China. Gorgeous piece - great gift for yourself or someone you love.
