DESCRIPTION:  Cute new Cynthia Steffe jacket in rich sky blue.  It has two oversized buttons down the front and two lower pockets with gathers for style.  The back has a center elasticized area covered with a partial belt.  The sleeves are 3/4.  The blazer is lined and the shoulders are padded.  It would pair great with black, white, beige or other clothing items.
