- Payment due 3 days after close ofsale unless prior arrangements have been made
- Contact me regarding any personalization or customization needed. If you do not get a confirmation of your request from us, please send it again through My Messages system
- Refunds and exchanges are granted on a case by case basis. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns within THREE days of receipt of your item.
- Purchasing handmade items is a personal experience. Your items will be made one-by-one once you pay, and if for any reason they are not what you had imagined or needed, just contact us so we can work out the next step in the process.
- Our philosophy is that we will treat you with respect, honesty, fairness, and flexibility. Please keep in mind that we are only human, and occasionally human errors can occur. These are not attempts to defraud or mislead you, and with this in mind, we absolutely will not respond to threats, rudeness or demands. In whatever way possible, we will work with you to resolve any and all concerns, sometimes with the assistance of mediation. With, as with most things in life, more can be accomplished with a spoonful of kindness and respect.
- Once your item is received and you are satisfied, we are pleased to conclude the transaction by exchanging feedback with you. All positive feedbacks will be reciprocated immediately.
- All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, except for switchplates and outlet covers, with Free Delivery Confirmation
- We cannot be responsible for USPS transit times. We do not work for the post office and do not have the ability to influence the amount of time it takes for a package to reach your location. However, if there is ANY concern, we do have open lines of communication with the postal service and more than happy to initiate inquiries, traces, or insurance claims as needed. There are things out of our control but whenever possible we will assist you as much as we can, however we will not know that an item has not arrived unless you let us know. 2-3 days for Priority Mail is an estimated time frame and the post office will not gurantee it. If you need a guarantee, email us before you pay for a FedEx Ground quote.
