Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24-hour period upon payment completion. We use USPS Services and always provide tracking number. Estimated delivery time for domestic (US) orders is 2 - 5 days. 7 - 12 days for International orders. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. International Buyers Please note - For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

 

 

Return Policy

Please contact us in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your item within 14 days of the order's delivery date for full refund or exchange. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without Postal labels. Shipping fees are not refundable. Additionally, we recommend to ship returns with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not liable for lost packages. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of JustCouture.
