Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Payments can be processed by PayPal or through our website. Please pay within 3 days aftersale ended. If you don't pay within 3 days, we will assume you no longer want the item, and will file a non-payment claim with. Zesty Shoes reserves the right to offer any unpaid item(s) to another customer. Once ansale has been canceled due to non-payment we are unable remove it. Please contact us if you have any questions about our payment policy.

Shipping

All Express shipping should be delivered in 1-2 business days. For all standard shipping within the US, allow 2-5 business days. Please wait until all the items you are combine shipping with paidsales. Please note with combined shipping you pay the higher shipping cost and each additional item you pay $1.00. There will be no adjustments on combined shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:

We stand behind our products 100% and each item has been carefully inspected by us. However, we're aware that issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a solution whenever one is needed. Our job is to make sure you're satisfied with your shopping experience. We will not accept any returned merchandise unless it is returned in the same condition that it was sent; unworn and unused with tags still attached. Returned merchandise that is not received in its original condition will not be refunded.

 

You can expect a refund (minus shipping) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any returned product, undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned), or deliveries that are refused (including instances in which the customer is unwilling to pay any applicable taxes or duties, which results in the order being returned to sender or abandoned). All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return with the same policy applied as returned items.

• Your return must be received by Zesty Shoes no later than 30 days of delivery.
• We will ship all exchanges/replacements at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. You must pay the return cost.
• Product must be returned in its same condition.
• Returns on sale items and cosmetics are not acceptable for return.

To expedite your return/exchanges, please follow these easy steps.

• Print one copy of your sale invoice and enclose it with your return item.
• Place the item(s) in a seal box or envelope.
• Make sure your name, address, & ID is clearly printed on your return/exchange.
• Drop the package off at your local post office.
• Email us the tracking number of your return/exchange.
• Allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post to your PayPal account or 1-5 business days for all exchanges to be delivered.
