National Sewing Machine Company treadle drawers from Improved Melville treadle machine table. Set of three drawers. Two side drawers in wood hangar with central swing out drawer. Plus 2 decorative wooden spacers for knee hole.
Single drawer units measure: 16" deep x 6" wide x 5" deep. The drawer within each insides measure: 13 7/8" deep x 4 1/2" wide x 3 1/8" deep.
The central swing out drawer has 5 drilled holes for VS bobbins. It measures: 10" wide x 3" deep x 2 3/8" high. It holds 7 5/8" x 1 3/4" x 1 5/8" worth of items. The two decorative spacers (between outer and center drawers measure: 6" wide and 4" high (at highest). Made of 7/8" thick solid wood.
Each piece has 3/4" diameter gold colored decorative button accent pieces.
This piece is missing on one drawer. That drawers slide piece is also in need of repair as it has broken and is a few inches of complete. (see last scan).
These are almost 100 years of age but are in fair to good shape for age.
Drawer slide may be repaired easily with wooden slat tacked on. 3/8" x 1/2" wood slat replacing should be 13" long and will be good as new. (save gold button).
