Terms

Our merchandise is unused overstock, discontinued, floor models and returns. Due to the merchandise not being transported in it's original box or crate some minor cosmetic flaws may occur(scuff, small scratch, etc.) We have a professional furniture repair specialist to provide expert restoration. Each item will go through a thorough inspection and if there are any major flaws it will be explained in the listing description along with a picture of the flaw.  All items are sold "As Is".

The staff here at HIDDENRELICS want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and want to make sure you have the best online buying experience possible.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days from date of delivery, less the cost of shipping.  Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.  Item must be in unused condition, and a 20% restocking fee will also be applied.   Please contact us before returning any merchandise.

Even though we do our best to make every transaction perfect, sometimes a small percentage will end up less than perfect.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.  We will do anything in our power, under reasonable conditions, to favorably resolve these issues.

All offers will be taken into consideration. Please no "low ball" offers since we already have our merchandise listed at near wholesale price.

Shipping

Shipping is not inlcuded in the purchase price of the item. When purchasing any furniture item, please contact us with your name, home address, phone number, and email.  The shippers information will then be forwarded to you so you can have direct contact and you can coordinate actual delivery date and times.  All shipping charges will be paid directly to the shipper, HIDDENRELICS will not take shipping payments.  We use independent shipping companies, and will set you up with the appropriate one.  If you choose not to use our shipper(s) for any reason, you can set up shipping on your own. Please have your shipping company contact us to set up a pick-up time.  Please allow 5 business days to process the order after payment has been received. Pick up times are Mon-Fri 10am-2pm.  We will help you in any way to make this experience as easy as possible.  All items will be inspected and pictures taken upon time of pick up by the shipper.  If you receive any item with damages not stated in the listing, please take pictures and contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues you may have in a appropriate manner with the shipper.  When getting a freight quote from a shipper, please be sure to get insurance for the value of the item(s) being shipped.  We will not be responsible for any damage done during shipping, but we will favor you in any case that the shipper has damaged your item(s).  It’s very important you call us upon delivery if there are any problems, otherwise it will be assumed that damaged incurred after delivery.
