Skeleton Key is an actual ANTIQUE SKELETON KEY OVER 100 YEARS OLD.

This design came to me as I was trying to decide what to do with a pair of broken cameo earrings I have been hanging onto. I found this amazing Antique Skeleton Key and a began creating a vision in my head...I wanted something truly different than anything I had seen done with cameos and skeleton keys. The beautiful V-Shaped Rhinestone piece and rhinestone chain was a perfect fit. A pretty vintage crystal blue faceted heart completed the vision as the perfect ending. This is not your average cookie cutter skeleton key necklace, this piece rocks! The chain measures approximately 18 inches long and the cameo/skeleton key components add another 7 inches to the length, for a 25 inch necklace. Each piece of this necklace is VINTAGE!

My designs come from my passion for vintage jewelry and love of creating unique, one of a kind jewelry. The salvaged vintage materials I use will sometimes have imperfections. Chains and findings may be tarnished, scratched or dull. There may be missing rhinestones on pieces or enamel wear. These imperfections are what make these one of a kind pieces have character. It is part of the organic, raw look I desire in my designs. You can feel the history in each piece when you wear them. My designs are one of a kind creation and are eco-friendly.
