Shipping:

All items will be shipped from factory Vietnam with tracking number.

The item will arrive in 10 - 14 business days.

Please contact us if you still do not receive the item in 10 - 14 business days.

We cannot post to P.O box address.

We are not responsible for any custom fee, tax or import duties.

We accept combined shipping, please contact us for more detail.  

Note: Please do not sign for receiving seriously damaged packages as the inside could also be

damaged. Contact us for any problem so that we can claim with the courier provider.

Refund policy:

Items will be refunded if there are any damages (e.g tear, holes...)

The money will be refunded to the buyer after we receive the returned item.

Payment instruction:

Prices listed is for order without frame only.

If you want to order with frame, please do not proceed to payment before we change your invoice.

This is to avoid any payment complications that might slow down the shipping.

We accept PayPal and Australian Bank Deposit.

Our bank details will be provided in the checkout.

Special Order:

We could also produce customed stitch work. Just provide us with your favourite picture/prototype

/idea, we will transform it into stitch work (if we deem it achievable). If interested please contact us
