All international items are insured. If an item is not received or arrived damaged please Contact Us and we will open a claim. Please note you must wait 60 days for shipments to Italy and 45 days to all other international countries before a claim can be file. This is not our rule but part of the claim process we must follow. You will be required to fill out a Fraud Prevention Statement and a letter confirming the loss or damage of the item. You will then have to mail or fax it.
