RECEIVED FROM FRANCE! A BRAND NEW 70s REVIVAL DRESS, with a classic cowlneck, flared panneled skirt in subdued black/tangerine colours. AN UNUSUAL FABRIC: animal print (tiger?), COMBINED WITH A FINELY PLEATED STRETCH fabric (accordion pleats), very lightweight and soft on the skin. THE PERFECT AFTERNOON OR BUSINESS DRESS...VERSATILE and SOPHISTICATED, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND VERY ELEGANT! YOU WILL NOT FIND A SECOND ANYWHERE!
THE DRESS IS CREATED WITH A FIGURE FLATTERING CUT: FABRIC WILL HUG YOUR UPPER BODY AND TAKE THE SHAPE OF YOUR BUST AND THE SLIGHTLY ELASTICIZED WAIST WILL ACCOMMODATE A RANGE OF WAIST SIZES. PAYMENT
- Payment OR arrangements to be made 24-48 hours after thesale closing. If not able to pay within 48 hours, drop me a note. Do NOT assume that your time is more precious then mine, or that your purchase deserves preferential treatment. Prompt payment=prompt shipping.
- After 7 days, an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE IS OPENED and the item is relisted and however much I dislike it, appropriate feedback is left.
- COMMUNICATION is key and very much appreciated.
- I accept Paypal as a payment method.
SHIPPING
- I gladly combine shipping on multiple items.
- Combined orders of or over 200$ receive FREE shipping anywhere in North America and up to 80$ off discounts for International Buyers under the same term agreement.
- INSURANCE IS MANDATORY.
- Shipping cost includes: postal rate, export tax, postal surcharge for fuel and packing material cost.
- Shipping to Asia ONLY insured with declared value, shipping cost will be higher and shipping will only be as Express mail insured.
- If you added me to your list of favourite Sellers, completed ONE succesful transaction with me and opt in by email to be on my customers list, you are guaranteed to receive 10% OFF any and all subsequent purchases from my store andsales, for life. Offer not transferable.
- I ship Canada Post, usually AIR MAIL. Other shipping methods also available but not preferred...usually more expensive and subject to too much delay in the US customs.
- I ONLY ship insured and to a physical person, NO SHIPPING to corporate addresses, third parties (unless it is a surprise gift) or no name destinations. Make sure your address is correct to save both of us time and frustration.
- Shipping to PO BOXES at the Buyer's risk. I decline responsibility if items shipped to PO boxes do not reach the Buyer.
- THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA and promptly! Please allow reasonable TRANSIT TIME to reach your destination, keeping in mind that nobody is in control of customs delays or your local delivery! I appreciate your patience as delays in customs are inevitable.
- PICK UP the item from your local post office if it has not been delivered to your door. It is YOUR responsibility. If item is returned because it has not been picked up within the 2 weeks of its arrival, it is your responsibility to pay for the second shipping cost.
- Insured ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT will be fully reimbursed ONLY upon reimbursment from the carrier company, NOT BEFORE. I will gladly take immediate steps to report the damage or loss and offer my full support throughout the process.
- NOTE! The carrier company ONLY opens lost item investigations after 45 days from the shipping date AND carriers require proof of damage or loss before processing refund. Your private phone number is required by carriers conducting the "lost item" investigation. The reimbursement of insurance for a lost item is a process, requires anytime between 7-30 days depending on the cooperation of your local post office. Once the insurance is paid, I will reimburse the Buyer through Paypal. If the item is reported as "delivered" by your local post office, further requests for refund will be denied...obviously!
- SHIPPING DAY AND TIME: AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE 24 hours after the instant payment CONFIRMATION has been received. If the payment is received Friday or during the weekend, the item will only leave the next business day, Monday. I AM KNOWN AND APPRECIATED by customers FOR IMMEDIATE, SAFE SHIPPING. Not bad, considering I am a "one woman operation".
- CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING is sent through email once the item is shipped and any money left from shipping (if any) is reimbursed immediately through Paypal. Please keep it for your records and reference until the item is safely in your hands.
- SHIPPING MATERIAL. I am "GREEN SELLER" and am recycling shipping material as much as possible. That does not mean your item is poorly packaged. ALL items are silk paper wrapped OR gift wrapped on the house. If SPECIAL gift wrapping is required I will be happy to oblige at NO extra COST (ribbons, special wrapping paper or boxes, cards).
- FEEDBACK! ALL issues to be resolved between Buyer and Seller PRIOR to leaving feedback. Only fair! Check your parcel, label before assuming you were overcharged on shipping! Do NOT attempt FEEDBACK extortion, I do not respond favorably and it is against policies.
- I provide excellent service and expect it to be appreciated. We are trading partners. If you have little issues with your purchase, I would be happy to help PRIOR to feedback.
- Your PRIVACY and safety for buying online is my priority. Most of mysales are set on PRIVATE for your protection. If I missed onesale, please request the PRIVATE status.

Claims regarding the authenticity of the item ( not "real" or "authentic") will not be considered. I am selling ONLY authentic items thoroughly described and clearly identified.
If you change your mind for whatever reason you may return the item upon agreement of the following terms: item MUST be in same condition, not worn/used, tags on (if applicable), well packed, non-refundable insured return shipping with tracking paid by Buyer. Once returned safely, refund will be offered for the purchase price ONLY less 20% restocking fee. Buyer must also agree to participate in the fees refund process.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION AS SHIPPED TO YOU.
