  Domestic Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

  • We ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

  • We ship to all APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes.

  • All shipments are insured and include delivery confirmation and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Delivery time for all expedited and one day shipping services do not include the required one day handling period for processing.

  • Delivery time may be delayed in some rural areas.

   

  International Shipping

  • Cost of shipping varies depending on your location. We do not charge any additional handling fee.

  • All buyers from countries outside the U.S.A. are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and we urge you to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

  Returns

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery only for unworn items that are in the original condition in which they were received.

   

  • All original tags, hangers and accessories must be returned with the item to receive a refund or exchange. If there are no tags and/or the item appears to be used, it will not be accepted.

   

  • The buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping merchandise back and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

   

  • Contact us for an RMA # prior to shipping items back. Items sent back without an RMA # will cause delays in processing your exchange or refund.
