First of all I need to say that I do not sew.......AT ALL! When I look at these old patterns I really don't know much about what I am looking at. I call my sisters that do sew
when I have a question but truth be known, sometimes I don't know enough to know that I should have a question. So, by all means, please do ask if you should have any questions and if I don't know I will contact my sisters and tap in to their knowledge to answer it. This pattern looks like it is still folded in the same configuration as when it was first newly stuffed into it's mailing envelope despite the fact that the enveliope is a little beat up.
