3. One  Thermocouple type "T" up to 48 inch. made by pidsilvia.com, let me know what length is required.
4. Calibrate Thermocouple with the controller and set-up generic setings for Silvia.
5. Display Fahrenheit, Celsius is optional in program settings.
6. Basic electrical wiring diagram only for brew temp control.
7. PID user guide, and guide to PID tuning help for Silvia.
