Cover has quite a lot of wear and very heavy soiling as seen in our photos. Cover has creased and/or missing corners. First leaf inside has some pencil notations. No other writing was found inside the book. Title page and back page, an ad for J.D. Allen & Company seen in our photos, are the most damaged pages in the book. Water damage can be seen in the form of light mildew on that back page and also as rippling along the bottom edge of the pages throughout the book. No pages are stuck together and no loss to the print has occurred as a result of the water damage. Apart from the previously-described back page, mildrew in the book is quite minimal. Pages all have varying degrees of soiling and/or foxing. Many pages have tiny rips along the edges and/or missing corners. No pages are loose, separated or missing. No pages have hard fold marks.

This is a difficult book to find in any condition, and the wear, use, and age issues described above do not affect the readability of the text, photographs or illustrations contained therein.
