This is a really nice,  late 80's or 90's pocket binoculars by Pentax Asahi Optical Co.  It Has been many years since I sold binloculars and I have forgotten a lot. I checked the focus and it was good. There were no scratches on the 4 lenses.  The interior was clean with no inclusions like screw heads or dust. They are compact and would be great for birding. They do have the adjustible neck strap. They are missing the case,  those frequently got seperated from the binoculars. There are no eyepeice and lens covers. I am not sure this pair ever had any.  I will not get into all the specifics as I have not been able to find any information on this style.

These binoculars are lightwieght weighing just less than a pound. But heavy enough to give you some stability.  They will fit in a chest coat pocket or in a side pocket on a backpack or slip in a fanny pack. This style of binocular will cost  around $200.00.
