Multiple purchase orders will have over payment on shipping refunded after combined shipping cost is set.
I will upgrade the shipping on combined items to Priority Mail Flat Rate for the
multiple purchase of small items marked with less than $5.50 shipping cost.
Those items that are marked $5.50 will have the extra shipping fully refunded if they all fit the small Priority Mail Flat Rate box.
If they do not fit the small flat rate they will be sent in the medium flat rate box and charged $11.40 shipping
with any over payment refunded.
Pre boxed priority mail flat rate shipped items will not have combined shipping and have that noted in the item listing.
