Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtain before returning item(s). The link to the return form can be found at the bottom of the page.

It must be requested within 2 days after receipt of item. Item should be returned within 7 days after receiving RMA approval. Item must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund. Refund is given as money back.
