A very lovely hand painted broach, china painted portrait on porcelain.  Nice old brass setting or finding.  Clasp works good.  This was stamped brass and not cast brass.  This is out of my mother's estate, she had this for many years.  It was hard to get a good photo of this, the colors are really good and I just could not capture the true image. The porcelain is very white with no bluish tint.  If you have questions or want more photos please let me know, I am always happy to answer and furnish more photos.
