From the late 1700's

A primitive Antique all wood washboard or scrub board with a wash turning fork.

The fork is used to turn and retrieve the laundry in the boiling water. It is Made of one carved piece of oak, well waxed.

The fork measures 30L x 4Lx 1 W and weighs1 pound.

The unique wash board is all Oak with15 rounded  scrub slats, pegged sides, fine iron nials, and a soap compartment on the top. This is sometimes called a creek washboard. The legs are uneven due to wear from the river rocks.

The board weighs 8 pounds and dimensions are: 25H x12L x3W

Shipping weight and box size will be: 10 pounds in a 28x14x6 box.
