We have been buying closeouts and liquidated items from upscale department and jewelry stores since 1989. If included, the retail tags may have clearance tickets or markdown writing over the MSRP pricing/manufacturer attached tags/cards. If included, boxes or packaging may be damaged from store or liquidation labels or tape but it will not affect the item. Item may be out of original packaging and may have been handled on a retail shelf. Under magnification/scrutiny, you may observe signs of handling. It was not sold.
If the item is Sterling Silver, .925 (92.5% silver) or .825 (82.5% silver) or fine silver .999 (99.9% silver, very soft), the sterling may be tarnished from exposure to air and may need a gentle cleaning/polishing. Tarnish is not soil but is a naturally occurring oxidation process that takes place when silver is exposed to air. Clean your sterling gently with any of the well known silver cleaning products. There are many readily available in your local supermarket, large retail chain or the Internet. I mostly prefer a silver polishing cloth available in my store. If a more thorough cleaning is needed, I like Twinkle Silver Cream with any soft cloth or Wright's Silver Cream. I do not recommend dips. When not in use, keep your sterling sealed in simple food storage bags or the zip bag in which your item arrived. Shipping Details
