Purple green trim flocked handmade vintage 1950s scallop daisy half apron

DESCRIPTION:

This purple lavender waist apron trimmed with green binding. scalloped edges and flocked daisies give us a feminine apron that is decorative beautiful and vintage. The pocket repeats the scallop pattern with Ita heart shaped square pocket. It is a waist style that ties at the back. The apron is probably hand made and does not look as if it has been worn. It has been washed and the fabric is still crisp and the flowers still have their flocking.

This is a great apron, perfect for the holidays and a pleasure to wear, very vintage 1950s. The pocket is deep and usable decorated with a green bow. The shape of the pocket echoes the scalloped hemline. A 1950s look for the holidays!. It did not have any tags and was probably home-made

There are no stains, no holes and no rips or tears. This apron may have been worn but with care and it looks very new and is without creasing, snagging or knotting. This is a great design distinctive and attractive. There are no marks, stains, holes, tears, rips or burns in the fabric. Although it has been previously owned, it has been gently treated. It looks handmade and new. This apron is ready to go and be added to your collection!

 This garment is VINTAGE and although in good condition, it may have unnoticed faults such as weak threads, due to age. Thread ages at a different rate than fabric. I see no damage other than what has been mentioned and I try to be aware if a garment has been altered or hemmed. If found to be so, I will mention it, but small details may have been unintentionally missed. This item is not retro. It is the real thing and it can be worn.
