The Blå Eld or Blue Fire line of tableware by Hertha Bengtson is an icon of modern Scandinavian design, produced by Rörstrand of Sweden between 1949 and 1971. This set of seven, cobalt blue, teardrop shaped bowls is in excellent condition with an embossed herringbone pattern on each interior surface and the Rörstrand crown backstamp on the base of each bowl. The largest bowl measures: 2" H x 10" L x 7" W; the smaller bowls measure: 1 1/4" H x 6 1/2" L x 5 3/4" W.
