Shipping and Handling fees

The Shipping Fee include the HANDLING FEES (cost of postage, wearhouse, powerman, distribution, packing, QST, GST and other fees ).

Due to our high expenses, we cannot combine shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsability. Please check with your country custom's office to determinate what these additional costs will be prior to

bidding/buying.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have purchase, you can return it, in its original condition.

You must advise us, by email, within 3 days, after the receipt of the item. Please return your unused and unopened

merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all returning expenses. We will refund you the value

of the merchandise less shipping fees as soon as we receive your returning package. A 20% fee will apply if returned item

is not in its original condition or has signs of use. Please email us for returning authorization prior of return so that you

will pay attention to your returning package.

Damaged item

We furnish new material only, for all claims of damaged items, you must advise us, by email, within 3 days, afters the receipt of the delivery. You have 7 days to return your item.Shipping and handling fees are at the charge of the buyer. After the reception of the merchandise, we will send you a new one. If the items is discontinuous, we will refund the item's price, as soon as we receive your returning package.
