Returns Policy 

If we sent a damaged item or an incorrect item, we will send a replacement, a partial replacement, or a refund at no charge to you.  We will make every attempt to have the item arrive in time for your  event. We may ask for the damaged or the incorrect item to be shipped back to us.  If we ask for the item to be returned, we will issue an electronic return label for the return item which you  will simply drop the package off to a US post office or UPS center.

If the item does not fit, or you do not like the received item, you will need to return the original item in it's orginal package , unused and with a tracking number for an exchange or refund. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number before sending it back. Our returns department will process returned item within 3 to 4 business days upon receiving it. Once the refund is issued you will recieve the full purchase price minus a 15% non refundable return processing fee .... shipping fees are also non refundable.  All sales are final on Sexy Lingerie, Under Garments , Hosiery , and Swimwear and are non refundable.

Please note that all return items must be in the original, new, undamaged packaging for credit. If credit is denied,  you can request the item be shipped back to you. You will need to pay the shipping for the return of your item.

If a package is shipped to you and refused, it will also be charged 15% non refundable return processing fee .... shipping fees are also non refundable.
