This is a new Silvia V3 With full PID setup.   Brew and Steam temperature control & Grouphead Thermometer & External Pressure Gauge.

includes:

1. New Silvia V3
2. PID Controller, ( Upper unit )
3. Thermometer at brew head, M6.( Lower unit )
4. Brew & Steam temperature are controlled by the PID.
5. Pressure Gauge.
6. Boiler Insulation.
7. LED Lights.
8. Manual Pre-infusion Kit.
9. Glass and clear legs are not included.
10. Display Fahrenheit, Celsius is optional in program settings.
