This is a new Silvia V3 With full PID setup, and all upgrades.

Includes:

1. Rancilio Rocky Doserless Burr Grinder.
2. New Silvia V3.
3. PID Controller, ( Upper unit )
4. Thermometer at brew head, M6.( Lower unit )
5. Brew & Steam temperature are controlled by the PID.
6. Pressure Gauge.
7. Boiler Insulation.
8. LED Lights.
9. Manual Pre-infusion Kit.
10. Glass and clear legs are not included.
11. Display Fahrenheit, Celsius is optional in program settings.

 

1. Switch providing full control and bypass of PID.
2. PID control is away from any water or milk splash.
3. Controller is mounted in a very ergonomic place, to operate and to view.
4. This kit will not void the warranty in any way, and a PID with the correct setup will extend the life of the boiler and Silvia!
