Elgin 400 Day Anniversary Glass Dome Clock.
The clock is in running condition, however I don't have the key, I used a ratchet to wind it up. That was 3 months ago, so I'm assuming it will run for a year (the 400 days) without re-winding.
Had to adjust the timing (running fast or slow) a few times, then got it almost exactly right. Bear in mind that this is a very delicate clock. If you pick it up to dust under it, it may mess up the timing, and you may have to adjust it again. Fortunately it is very easy to adjust, just rotate the round gear in the stem with your fingers, it will move the 4 brass spheres farther out or closer in.
The clock with dome stands 11 1/2" tall.
Not sure when the clock was made. Guessing 1980's.
Thanks for looking!
