Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail and include tracking information.

Shipping Times

Orders are normaly processed withing 24-48 hours from the recept of your payment.  We will notify you by email in the event of delays.

Shipping address

Please check the shipping address  before placing an order.  We take no respocibility for deliverys to an old address you had on file. Changes to the shipping addresses are really hard to make once the order is placed. 

International Shipping

International first class or Priority shipping normally takes 2 weeks. Temporary customs delays may sometimes cause shipments to take 3 weeks or a month. 
First class and Priority international shipments do not include a tracking number. The shipping number included is only the customs form tracing number. This number only shows when the package has departed the US. International Express shipping takes approximately 6-12 business days. This shipping method provides tracking and insurance.

International Customers

All of our orders are marked as supplements. 
Some countries impose restrictions or have banned the importation of certain supplements.  Please research your country’s rules and regulations for importation of this supplement. If this supplement is banned in your country, it will likely be returned, impounded, or destroyed, and you will not receive your package. You may even have to pay a fine for attempting to import a restricted good. If you order this product, you agree to not hold us responsible should you not receive your shipment, or should you suffer any financial losses as a result of your attempts to import this product.  Further more by purchasing this product  you agree  to t your purchase price for this product in the case that your package is returned to us. he following:  If you order internationally, and you do not receive this item, our responsibility to you will only extend so far as to demonstrate by USPS tracking (express shipments), or USPS customs declaration number (first class/priority shipments) to prove the delivery of the package. We will only issue a refund ofReturned international shipments can take 6-10 weeks. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
