Shipping Time:
Most orders are processed within 2 business days from receipt of cleared payment, and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Orders shipped to a US address via Standard Shipping will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-6 business days) unless stated otherwise. Most orders shipped to a US address can be upgraded from Standard to Express Mail for $29.95 more, and most international orders can be upgraded for $39.95 more. To upgrade your shipping please contact us before submitting payment, so we may add in the option to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail during checkout.

Combined Shipping Rules:
We offer combined shipping discounts on most items throughout our store. Combined shipping will be calculated as follows: We will calculate the highest shipping cost from the items you purchased. Then, we will add in the additional shipping cost for each additional item purchased. If at checkout, your shipping discount is not calculated correctly, please request the total or wait for us to send you an invoice BEFORE paying.

Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges cover the cost of postage, insurance (if applicable) and shipping supplies.

International Shipping:
We are not responsible for customs/duty fees on international orders. This is the buyer's responsibility.

Currently, we do not ship to the following countries ~ Italy, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Africa, India, Russia, Ukraine, Maldives, Latvia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia.

Price Adjustments:
We do not make any price adjustments on previous purchases. No exceptions.

False Eyelashes:
Please be advised that due to manufacturer's change in packaging, our false eyelash packaging may differ from photo. Also, please keep in mind that our false eyelashes are handmade; therefore, each lash may not be exactly the same or exactly as pictured.

Returns:
Returns are accepted on most items throughout our store. Please see individual listing details to confirm if returns are accepted for any particular item. We accept returns for most items within 14 days from receipt. All items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unopened, and resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that if we offer free shipping and the item is returned to us, we will deduct actual shipping fees from your refund. Refunds will be processed as money back to your original payment method. No exchanges.
