Our products are often "special deals" and when they are gone we may not be able to acquire additional inventory. We update our inventory, but there is a short delay in reflecting the actual quantities of product on hand—particularly since thousands of people visit our online auctions every day. To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly.
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped including shipper tracking code or delivery confirmation number as applicable. If your shipping date changes for any reason, you will be notified by email.
We ship to lower 48 contiguous United States only. No shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Vigin Islands. No international shipments.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
P. O. Box Shipping: Most orders ship via UPS/FedEx and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address. We will ask you to provide a confirmed Paypal physical shipping address for delivery of your order.
APO/FPO Shipping: We do not ship to Military addresses.
We are unable to ship oversized items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes. If in doubt, please email us with your zip code prior to ordering.
Shipping and delivery timeframes for Oversized items are listed in item description. Please review them carefully. If you have any questions, please email us prior to bidding. These items are shipped via freight carrier directly to your shipping address.
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers you provided during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt please inspect the carton for any damage; crushing, dents, creasing, etc., and note this on the delivery receipt. Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment the driver will depart and it will be your responsibility to unpack the item. The driver is not required to wait for you to un-wrap the item and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the package. If, during delivery, it is obvious that there is damage, you may ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. Upon inspection, if damage is found you may refuse the shipment and write, "Refused, due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact our customer service department immediately.
After accepting delivery, please keep all packaging materials for 30 days in case you discover damage or defects after delivery. In the event you discover damage or a defect after delivery, please contact our customer service department. We will work with you to resolve the issue which may include, in our sole discretion: (i) If the your item falls under a manufacturer’s warranty, arranging a repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty; (ii) Issuing a replacement; (iii) Authorizing a return.
Standard Return Policy:
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund subject to the following terms & conditions only. No returns and refunds will be given for any "non-returnable items" (Please see list below).
You must email us within 3 days of your receipt of your item for a return authorization number. We will assist you with the processing of your return. Buyer must receive a return authorization number from us in advance of returning any merchandise. Do not ship merchandise back to us without a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. All items must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $100 must also be insured.
You must return item in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. All product packaging materials including, but not limited to boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, and the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $100 to $695 or more (depending on size and weight), if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at fulfillment warehouse.
Additionally, Buyer will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee, and return shipping fee if we receive an Oversized Item return for any of the following reasons:
You refuse a delivery without inspection;
You miss a delivery appointment;
You return a non-defective or undamaged product.
We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened products or used products. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined in our sole discretion.
Buyer is responsible to pay all return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee.
If the return is a result of our error or manufacturers defect, buyer is responsible to ship the item back and return item to us prior to receiving a 100% money-back refund. If the returned item is not found to be defective and/or no error exists then all shipping fees and restocking fees will apply and/or a partial refund will be issued.
You can expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of our receipt of your return.
We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit after leaving our warehouse. Any and all shipping claims, if any, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and the shipping carrier. We will use our best efforts to try and help you with the carrier to resolve any issues related to items damaged in transit.
Oversized Items Return Policy:
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We inspect all Oversized Item returns upon their arrival back at our warehouse. We may give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined in our sole discretion.

The feedback section is not the place to leave product reviews (although we are pleased that you like what you purchased), to comment on whether you got the lowest price in the universe, or to make other comments not related to our level of service.

1) Item as Described: Did you receive what you ordered? We use the manufacturer's product information. All items ship in the original factory packaging. All items are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise in the product listing. If an item arrives damaged then something happened in transit. We ask you to CONTACT US FIRST so we can try to make it right BEFORE leaving feedback.
2) Communication: All buyers receive a confirmation email at time of purchase, a payment receipt, and an email with order information stating estimated shipping and delivery times. Your eBay order page will also display the estimated delivery date. We respond to emails 9am-5pm [Mountain Time] Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Our response time to emails during normal business hours is usually 60-120 minutes or less.
3) Shipping Time: Every listing and order page shows standard handling times and estimated delivery dates. Items often ship out and will arrive faster than some delivery estimates. If your item arrives within the stated delivery estimate, we ask you to leave us a good rating in this category.
4) Shipping and Handling Charges: Every listing page, invoice, and checkout screen clearly displays the shipping charges, handling charges, and sales tax, if any. If you don't agree with it, please don't buy it! Our total prices are always very competitive.
