In nice pre-owned condition, It has criss-cross straps against the back. The skirt is 3 layers think. The skirt tulle has some tiny snags here and there. They are very hard to photograph or even see. The body has a velour feel. There is one small hem seam that looks like a factory error or possibly a repair. Please see photos above. I tried to take as many as I could. :) For sizing please see chart below. This costume is a SC.
