In nice pre-owned condition, It has a halter style top. The skirt is 3 layers thick. The body has a velour feel.  It has boy shorts underneath. The outfit does have some small spots here and there. They will probably come out with a proper dry cleaning. The clear straps have some creasing from being stored improperly but they should flatten out when worn or hung up.
