Your little darling will look so sweet in these ruffled bootey fancy pants diaper cover. Handcrafted using my original pattern. Made from a white cotton fabric with what I call black tic tacs tossed all over. Elastic waist and legs. Three ruffles on the back. Ruffles are serged and hemmed. All seams are sewn then finished with a serged overcast stitch.
