AUTHENTIC vintage French couture skirt made from an EXTRAORDINARY FABRIC (THE KIND YOU MAY FIND IN HAUTE COUTURE PIECES ONLY)SUPERB COLOR COMBINATION, HAND PAINTED, LIGHTWEIGHT and QUILTED pure 100% silk, MADE IN ITALY FOR

STYLE: SHORT, MINI SKIRT, very slight "A" LINE, SLITS ON SIDES WITH ROUNDED HEMS AND A DECORATIVE BOW ON BOTH SIDES.
FABRIC: IT IS A 100% SILK CREPE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO TAG INDICATING THE ACTUAL CONTENT. THE ONLY TAG OTHER THAN THE DESIGNER'S IS THE "DO NOT WASH, DRY CLEAN ONLY BY PROFESSIONAL, IN A REDUCED MOISTURE, SHORT CYCLE PERCHLORETILENE"...VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS, FOR A STUNNING hand painted fabric.
FABRIC IS A TWO PLY, WITH SOME FINE SILK BATTING IN BETWEEN. BOTH INNER AND OUTER LAYERS ARE A SILK CREPE. WAISTBAND IS BACKED BY MILLINERY RIBBON IN DARK PINK, CLOSES ON THE SIDE WITH ZIPPER AND A GOLD BUTTON WITH A PAINTED ROSE INTAGLIO, LIKE A FRAMED LITTLE MINIATURE PAINTING!
COLORS: FABRIC IS PAINTED IN DEGRADE OF RASPBERRY, FROM THE VERY PALE TO THE MEDIUM DARK SHADE. EMPHASIZED BY SPLASHES OF PURPLE/MAUVE AND LIME WITH DEEP METALLIC GOLD/GREEN PAINTED FLOWERS OVER EACH SPLASH OF MAUVE AND LIME. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, the quilting is done by hand in a flower pattern. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING FABRIC!

I ship Canada Post, usually AIR MAIL. Other shipping methods also available but not preferred...usually more expensive and subject to too much delay in the US customs.

I ONLY ship insured and to a physical person, NO SHIPPING to corporate addresses, third parties (unless it is a surprise gift) or no name destinations. Make sure your address is correct to save both of us time and frustration.

Shipping to PO BOXES at the Buyer's risk. I decline responsibility if items shipped to PO boxes do not reach the Buyer.

THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA and promptly! Please allow reasonable TRANSIT TIME to reach your destination, keeping in mind that nobody is in control of customs delays or your local delivery! I appreciate your patience as delays in customs are inevitable.

PICK UP the item from your local post office if it has not been delievered to your door. It is YOUR responsibility. If item is returned because it has not been picked up within the 2 weeks of its arrival, it is your responsibility to pay for the second shipping cost.

Insured ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT will be fully reimbursed ONLY upon reimbursment from the carrier company, NOT BEFORE. I will gladly take immediate steps to report the damage or loss and offer my full support throughout the process.

NOTE! The carrier company ONLY opens lost item investigations after 45 days from the shipping date AND carriers require proof of damage or loss before processing refund. Your private phone number is required by carriers conducting the "lost item" investigation. The reimbursement of insurance for a lost item is a process, requires anytime between 7-30 days depending on the cooperation of your local post office. Once the insurance is paid, I will reimburse the Buyer throuhg Paypal. If the item is reported as "delivered" by your local post office, further requests for refund will be denied...obviously!

If you change your mind for whatever reason you may return the item upon agreement of the following terms: item MUST be in same condition, not worn/used, tags on (if applicable), well packed, non-refundable insured return shipping with tracking paid by Buyer. Once returned safely, refund will be offered for the purchase price ONLY less 20% restocking fee. Buyer must also agree to participate in the fees refund process.
