To receive a refund, goods must be returned to seller within 30 days of shipment date. Return Postage must be dated within the 30 day period. Returns post dated even 1 day beyond the 30 day trial, will be denied and returned to the buyer. Product must be returned in same condition as was received--refrain from excessive use of the product when returning. Failing to return the 1/4" dual prong adapters, or any other peripheral attachments when returning a product, may result in a denial of the refund. If product is deemed to be damaged by the buyer before returning, Milian Acoustics retains the right to deny refund. Milian Acoustics can not be held responsible for the return shipping of products that do not qualify for a refund. Buyer must cover the cost of return shipping. Refund will cover the full price of the item paid, but the original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Exchanges made within the 30 day return period will operate under the same policy of the 1 or 2 Year Warranties and upon shipment of the new unit will nullify the 30 day refund policy.

Milian Acoustics, LLC ("Milian Acoustics") warrants authentic SoundStage Headphone products, its parts, and all other products manufactured and distributed by Milian Acoustics against defects in material or workmanship for a period of Three Hundred and Sixty Five (365) days after the date of original purchase. During this period, the entire product must be returned to the original retail dealer for a repair or replacement. The decision of whether the unit will be repaired or replaced will fall under the discretion of the manufacturers. The consumer is responsible for any transportation, shipping, or insurance relative to the return of product during the warranty period. Consumer must retain bill of sale, either paper or electronic, and provide proof of purchase when making a claim within the warranty period.

This warranty extends only to defects in material or workmanship, and do not extend to any product or parts which have been lost or discarded, or damage to product or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper operation or maintenance, or use in violation of instructions provided with the product, to product which has been altered or modified without authorization of Milian Acoustics.
