This cute Sanrio Hello Kitty pink and gray case can be used to carry around several small things, or one thing like a small calculator or small camera (measurements below). It has more of an overall matte effect, unlike my other Hello Kitty item which is shimmery (link below). Ideally for little children, but many of us older ones love Hello Kitty as well. ;) The inside cover is also pink. It is new in terms of never being used. It has been kept in a small plastic bag for about two years, and recently found it again.

I recycle clean packing materials whenever I can. Of course, if I see it’s too damaged, I won’t use it. Whenever I run out, I buy new ones, unless I know I’ll be shopping online soon.
I combine shipping depending on the weight of each item. So if you buy 10 items that all weighed one pound and were in a normal sized package, the shipping cost would be the same as shipping a 10 pound, normal sized package.
All items are kept and packaged in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
I accept payments via PayPal. Your PayPal account must be US based because, for the time being, I can only ship to the US.
I ship 1-2 business days after payment is received and cleared. I ship with USPS for now. Tracking number is provided. Benefit of using USPS is that I can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories, and anywhere else the USPS goes for the regular shipping rate. I will not charge extra for these locations.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPOs: I gladly ship to US military with APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You will not be charged extra for the form at all. Why should you? You’re risking your life for something I can’t bring myself to do. The least I can do is take two minutes to fill out a customs form. Basically, you will only be charged the regular shipping rate USPS asks for your item, not the form.
Please keep the following in mind for all packages: Transit times are controlled by the carrier and weather related variables. I do not have any control over these factors. Your item will be packaged to the best of my ability to reduce possible damage along the way.
No International Orders
I do not sell or ship outside of the United States.
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately via Bonanza.
All sales are final. In the event your item is received damaged or drastically different than described, please contact me through the Bonanza email explaining the condition your item is in. These are the only times refunds or exchanges may be allowed. Depending on each case, I may offer a refund or exchange. On all cases, I will work something out with you.
Refunds / Exchanges
PayPal allows refunds up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds are applied up to 2 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. For an exchange, please send back the original item and upon receipt I will ship your exchanged item.
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to me) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, I do not reimburse any return shipping cost. I will ship the replacement product to you at my cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is shipped out quickly.
There are some product categories which are not returnable at all due to hygienic and sanitary reasons. Currently, personal care products (face powder, body powder, lip balm, etc.) and health products are the only categories that fall under this exception.
Since this is not eBay (yay!), feedback is not a major thing here as it is on there. Feedback is, however, welcomed if you would like to share your experience with other people. In the event you feel like you have a problem with your order, please give me a chance to make the situation right before posting a negative review.
