Shipping Rates and Processing Times
Chair is shipped new in box with some assembly required via UPS ground to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii is available at a higher cost (Email for quote). No shipping to APO's or FPO's. Pickup not available.

Please allow 2-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. In the rare event that your choice is temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given a choice of waiting or a full refund.

Return Policy: Product will be replaced if item has been damaged in shipment. Contact us immediately with damage for Return Authorization so that we may replace your product quickly. Seller is responsible for costs to ship replacement product. Returns for products that have been shipped in accordance with the product order will incur a restocking fee and original shipping is not refundable.
