This is a wonderful old seaman's trunk/chest.  I'm not exactly sure of the age, but it does have some greek looking letters and a date(1828) carved into the interior of the box.

This gorgeous old piece is constructed with beautiful dove tailed joints and square nails..

This delightful old piece of history was built to last and is surprisingly lightweight.
