Policies
Items are described to the best of our ability and prices are determined based on item condition, rarity, popularity and/or age. If specified/categorized as being vintage and/or antique, please keep in mind that these items are used and sold as is. Photographs of manufacturer marks and/or artist signatures are typically supplied for the purpose of assisting the viewer in determining authenticity, age, and/or rarity. To the best of our knowledge, all descriptive information provided within these listings are true and accurate. Research, manufacturer marks, etc. are the determining factors in estimating genuineness and may not always be accurate unless certificate of authenticity, appraisal and/or other form of legitimacy is available/supplied.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS. Tracking numbers will be available to applicable destinations.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following payment authorization.
Items shipped from the US typically reach most countries within 15 to 20 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending upon distance of destination, customs, or other factors and may take up to 30 days.
If item is not received within 14 days, please contact us for investigation of issue.
NOTE: If buyer refuses or neglects retrieval of parcel upon delivery and/or fails to contact us regarding shipping and/or other shipping related issues within this time frame, buyer shall assume all responsibility and will forfeit any/all rights to return the item for a refund.
International buyers: Please contact us for shipping price quotes if unavailable.
International buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and/or import tax which may apply.
NOTE: Because addresses of most countries can only be partially verified, two forms of address confirmation are required by specific countries in order to be eligible to purchase. This task can be accomplished by furnishing additional credit/debit cards to PayPal or other source of internet transfer company utilized by buyer for online purchases. If buyer proceeds to purchase without providing adequate forms of verification, a refund will be issued for the purchase and shipment of order will be canceled.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and return the item in undamaged, untampered with condition within 14 days of retrieval to receive a refund (buyer assumes return shipping cost).
NOTE: Refunds are only applicable to buyers who retrieve and inspect parcel within allowable time frames as described in shipping policy. Please read shipping policy for details.
Claims
If item is damaged during shipping, please contact us for further instructions regarding USPS claims to receive a refund. Photographs of damages incurred during shipping are exceedingly helpful when filing claims for a refund but is not required. If buyer cannot provide photos of damages, item must be returned with proof of return shipping cost in order to receive a full refund for both the item and return shipping.
