I'll let you know my custom ordering policy, description of what I have in mind, pricing and shipping costs up front. I let you decide if this would be good fit for you before I start. Then I let you approve the piece before it gets shipped with a photo of finished product. I want you to absolutely happy with custom piece before it arrives at your door. I'll even ship direct to another if the product is a gift included with a complimentary gift note.

Most large items are shipped via UPS ground with insurance included up to $100.00 against loss or damage. Tracking info is emailed to you as an extra bonus so you know when it is scheduled to arrive. Smaller items may ship via USPS priority depending upon weight and size.

TLG Creations accepts Paypal and major credit cards as forms of payments. Paypal is preferred because it's most integrated with eBay. However, major credit cards can be accepted by phone or mail. If you prefer the latter, credit card orders can be submitted by phone.

Return Policy: Returns may be accepted with in 14 days of receipt of product. Return must be in new condition and if all possible in original packing. Refunds are granted when return is received by seller. If "free shipping" is the term of the sale, then refunds will be given for return minus the return ship cost the same method as original paid. It is the buyer's responsiblity for return ship fee. As an convenience to the buyer for items that had been shipped by UPS ground to the buyer, a return label can be emailed to buyer through UPS, as an convenience to the buyer, for merchandise return. The buyer is still responsible for the return ship cost therefore return ship cost will minus from total refund amount when merchandise is received in return by seller.

Shipping is usually UPS ground for large items and USPS priority for smaller items, which ever is less. We do ship to APO addresses and international via USPS priority or USPS priority international only and there is extra charges. Shipping costs for shipments to APO addresses and International shipping is not included in any free shipping offers. Combined shipping discounts available for multiple item purchases. Time line of shipping is usually next business day.

Usually same day shipping if ordered Mon-Fri prior to 12:00pm (noon) central time. After 12:00pm Central time ship time will be next business day. Transit time varies depending upon receiver location. UPS ground is usually 3-7 days. USPS priority mail is usually 2-3 days domestic. USPS Express mail 2 days.

I do ship internationally to certain countries, Canada, Europe, Australia and Germany. Note, international orders are ship via USPS Priority or Express International only. Duty and custom fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

Insurance is included in the cost if shipped via UPS ground up to $100.00. Insurance is included in the price of the item for USPS priority and International shipping only I it deemed necessary. Insurance may be required depending upon product contents.

For custom ordering policy. Advance payment is required after agreement of price and materials used for the custom order. Payment is accepted either by Paypal or phone order. Once payment has been received the creation process will begin. Once custom piece(s) are completed photos of the finished piece(s) will email to the buyer for prior approval before shipping. Once approved the order will be shipped and tracking information will emailed.
