This is Simplicity sewing pattern number 9826. It is complete, uncut and includes directions and original envelope. The date on the envelope is 1971, but clearly the headpiece and veil styles are ageless. Pattern is uncut, but was taken out (and unfolded) and so is not "factory folded" anymore.

 
Set of bridal headpieces with veil in three lengths: The bridal pieces are held in place with flexible wire combs. Shoulder length veil V. 1 is attached to headband trimmed with fabric flowers. Elbow length veil V. 2 is sewn to daisy medallion trimmed lined cap. Lace cap V. 3 and 4 with lace edging trim is lined. V. 3 has elbow length veil. V. 4 features elbow length over long length veil.
 
Suggested Fabrics: Headpieces V. 1 and 2 in organza, satin, organdy, taffeta, crepe, silks. Headpieces V. 3 and 4 in lace. Veils in tulle.
